My name is Zlata, and I am the founder of Mindful Living GTA. My mission is to help others connect more deeply to the moments that make up their lives. This skill of present-moment awareness is called mindfulness. When we practice mindfulness we create a real chance for a richer, fuller, more meaningful and fulfilling life.
Mindfulness has been shown to be effective at increasing fulfillment and life satisfaction; reducing stress; improving physical health; undermining destructive thoughts, feelings, and behaviour patterns; enhancing psychological and emotional resilience; improving relationships; and increasing focus and self-awareness.
